I have been developed an one-chip analog spectrometer using a programmable SoC for educational use and for built-in radiation protection equipment. During this process, I encountered the reality that random pulsers needed for performance evaluation were becoming rarer and more expensive. For this reason, we have begun to consider implementing a random pulse generator function that has the necessary and sufficient performance and functionality to evaluate the performance of shaping amplifiers, etc. into the SoC. I am currently studying the basic configuration with the aim of establishing a digital method that is clear in principle and easy to use. This time, I will report on the verification of the feasibility of the basic components in terms of hardware and software.
