[2I08] Half-life of a long-lived radioisotope 176Lu

For the half-life of a long-lived unstable isotope 176Lu, varied values from 35 My to 410 My have been reported and their values are inconsistent over their uncertainteis. The half-life of 176Lu has not been estabulished yet. We measured the most accurate value close to the ture value using a method almost indendent of the known problems.
