[102] The actual status of opening sports facilities owned by private companies to the community

The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual status of the opening of private sports facilities to the community, and to obtain suggestions for the future opening of private facilities to the community through public-private partnerships. I found that there are differences in the efforts of each municipality, such as whether or not it is included in the upper-level plans, and whether or not they are considering specific measures. In addition, factors that promote regional openness include active requests for cooperation from local governments. The conclusion of this study is that local governments need to encourage companies to expand their business in combination with various other initiatives.
