[P2-128] Carbamazepine Toxicity Secondly to Levetiracetam in a 9-Year-Old Boy

We present a case of 9-year-old boy with Autism, ADHD and intractable epilepsy who developed Carbamazepine toxicity 2 days after Levetiracetam was added to treat his intractable epilepsy; Carbamazepine level went from 2.2 on 26th of July 2016 to 16.6 on 29th of July 2016 with symptoms of vomiting and lethargy. Carbamazepine had to be discontinue with improvement in patient condition and was not reported in pediatric before. This interaction is quite rare and only reported in 2 other cases in the literature and those were adult patients.
