[P2-155] The effect of Family Integrated Care on the neurodevelopmental outcomes in the very low birthweight infants
Objective: To study the effect of Family Integrated Care on the neurodevelopmental outcomes in the very low birthweight infants. Methods: Among the 92 cases of the very low birthweight infants,the 46 cases of the control group given routine nursing care, the 46 cases of the intervation group given family integrated care between January 2013 and April 2013. Compare two groups of parental stressfulness scoring, nursing knowledge, the scores of neural development.Results: when discharge, the intervation group mother children staying in NICU, NICU environment, children, parents' responsibility to nervous anxiety scores were significantly lower than the control group (t = 4.282, 4.507, 4.282, 4.507, P < 0.05), the feeding knowledge points, nursing knowledge, breastfeeding rates were significantly higher than the control group (t/x2 = 10.377, 7.718, 10.377, P < 0.05);Follow-up of 12 months, the intervation group of the very low birthweight big movement, fine motor, adaptability, speech and social behavior, DQ scores were significantly higher than the control group (t = 2.467, 2.671, 2.467, 2.671, 2.525, 3.574, P < 0.05).Conclusion: the family intergrated care helps to relieve the strain on the very low birthweight infant mother's anxiety, improve the premature infant feeding and nursing ability, and breastfeeding rate, promote pediatric neurological development.
