Information for Poster Presenters
Poster presentation will be held on September 20th at the EV hall, foyer, and rehearsal room.
Posters must be displayed at the designated time. The presentation time differs depending on whether the presentation number is odd or even. Please refer to the table below for presentation times.
Posters must be removed after the presentation time and before the end of the poster display time. The Organizing Committee will dispose of posters that are not removed after the removal time.

Presentation outline
Poster size for display is W120 x H180 (cm) as shown in the figure below.
Only the board number is displayed on the board. Please confirm the board number of the board you should display. You can display your content freely within those dimensions.
In addition to the provided number, please place your presentation number at the upper left corner of your poster. If your poster is eligible for the poster presentation award, please add an asterisk after the presentation number.
