Information for Presenters and Chairpersons of Oral Sessions
General Oral Sessions
For PresentersThe duration of general oral presentations is 7 minutes for talks and 3 minutes for discussions (including the speaker change time).
Presentations will be conducted digitally by projecting the shared screen using a projector. Presenters are requested to send each slide to the CJKSRS2024 Secretariat (Email: cjksrs2024@p.kanazawa-u.ac.jp) by September 17. A Windows 11 PC with PowerPoint (Office 365) is available. Both 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios for slides are acceptable. Please name the file as "submission number_presenter's name.pptx" (e.g., C00001_Kanazawa.pptx).
The data will be responsibly discarded by the Secretariat after the symposium concludes.
For Chairpersons
Please be seated at the next session chair’s seat in the venue at least 10 minutes before the start of your session. While there will be assistants present, the session's progress will be entrusted to the chair, so please strictly adhere to the allotted presentation time for each speaker.
