The Organizing Comittee is offering full-time, professionally managed and staffed on-site childcare services for the meeting.

Advance registration is required to access this service. We cannot accept registrations after the deadline or during the meeting.

Acceptable age Children from 6 months to 12 years of age.
(Children accompanying those attending the Annual Meeting only.)
Location At the venue of the Annual Meeting.
(For security reasons, the exact location will only be made available to those who have registered.)

Thu., March 23 - 8:30 to 19:00
Fri., March 24 - 8:30 to 19:00
Sat., March 25 - 8:30 to 16:00
Fees

500 JPY per 30 minutes, per child.

- Less than 30 minutes will be rounded up.
- Please pay the fee in cash on the first day of your visit, with no change.
- The fee will be charged as registered. The same applies when you pick up your child(ren) during the lunch break or earlier than the scheduled pick-up time.
- If you extend the time of your child's care, the fee for the extra time will be charged.

Cancellation charges will apply.
  • From 4 working days prior to the reservation date: 50% of the total fee
  • From 2 working days prior to the reservation date 100% of the total fee
Please Note
  • Babysitters do not provide any meals for your child(ren). Please pick up your child(ren) at lunchtime or eat with your child(ren) in the nursery room.
  • The entrusting babysitter company is insured in case of any accidents / injuries. The CSJ do not take any responsibility for childcare-related accidents.
  • We will only use your personal information for the purposes of the childcare service and emergency contact. 
  • If your child seems to be sick during this care, we may ask you to come and pick up your child immediately.
  • We cannot accept children if
  1. they or any member of their household have any symptoms of a cold
  2. they or any member of their household have been in close contact with someone infected with coronavirus, even if they have a negative PCR/antigen test result
  3. the nursery or school they attend is closed due to COVID-19

Reservation Advance reservation is required to access this service.
