Participation fee for workshop: 5,000 JPY
Participation fee for networking event: 7,000 JPYRegistration period
From 31 August 2023Registration for both the workshop and the networking event has been closed as the number of applicants has reached their capacity. Thank you very much for many applications. If you wish to be placed on the waiting list, please send an e-mail to the secretariat. You will receive the confirmation of your participation by the end of September. [15 September, 2023]
Registration notes
- Registration is only accepted online from this website.
- While registration, you need to make an account for registration. For security reasons, we can't answer any queries regarding registration login ID and password. If you forget your password, please reissue your password from "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.
- After completing the registration, you will receive a notification email including the receipt number in your registered email address.
- Credit Card payment is only accepted.
Payment will be accepted from early September 2023. For those who registered before that, we will contact you by email when the credit card payment is started.
