Presentation Instruction for the speakers (IMPORTANT) (Updated on Jun. 25th)

Herem it explains that both how to check the date and time of your session in Japan Standard Time (JST), and how to give an online talk at ICPST-39 and participate in this conference.
This conference is going to be held online live by ZOOM. So please keep your date and time for the presentation. ICPST-39 will not be held by the video on demand.
1. Login information of the Confit online program website of ICPST-39
The email which has already been sent after payment of the registration fee will contain very important information for login to the website of the Confit Online Program. This email contains your login ID, password and a button for login.

2. For login to the Confit online program website of ICPST-39
There are two ways to access the ICPST-39 Timetable by the following method of 1) or 2).
1) Login from the above email using the above ID and password.
2) Access the URL "https://confit.atlas.jp/icpst39", click the "Login for Participants" button in the right corner of the login window, and log in with the above ID and password.
3. To check the date and time and the session name of your presentation
You can check the detailed information about your presentation (session name, date and time, title, author name, etc.) by clicking "Search for presentations" listed below "Program", and then entering the author / co-author, etc. to search. Please notice that the date and time of the program is Japan Standard Time (JST). So please convert JST to your country time zone and keep your presentation date and time in your mind.
4. To give a talk and participate to ICPST-39
1) Click the date just below the "Timetable" on the banner on the left. The you can access the presentation details such as date and time, title, author name, etc. by clicking the title. Alternatively, click "Sessions" just below "Programs". Then click the session you want to access.
2) Click the "[****] Click here for Zoom", and then on the next window, click the "Click here for ZOOM". Then the ZOOM session starts.
If the schedule of the session past, you cannot attend that session because of ICPST-39 online live.
5. Connection testing for the presentation
The connection testing for the presentation can be carry out one hour before the each session starts. To do this, you have to participate by the above method 3 to access to the "Presentation Test” listed on the Timetable.
6. Time zone converter
The ICPST-39 program is listed in Japan Standard Time (JST), so if you want to check the time zone of your country, please access the following URL.

7. Presentation method
This conference is going to be held only by ZOOM online live. Please prepare your presentation for the online live using PowerPoint, and download the background sheet for PowerPoint from the following URL and use it.
