[AMDp1-16] a-IGZO TFT Gate Integrated Driver Circuit with AC-dirven Pull-down TFTs for High stability

In the proposed gate driver circuit, pull-down TFTs are AC-driven with a duty ratio of 33.3% through CLK pulse instead of DC-driven through VDD power line. The simulation result exhibits output pulse of 1069^th stage, 1071^st stage, and 1073^rd stage output pulse based on FHD, frame frequency of 120 Hz.
