How to submit your IVESC2023 paper to e-JSSNT

1. Learn information upon submitting your paper to e-JSSNT at the following web page.
https://www.jvss.jp/ejssnt/Submission.html

2. Submission to e-JSSNT is to be made at ScholorOne Manuscripts®.
You can reach the submission site at “Submission Instruction” on the above page or
https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ejssnt

3. Log-in ScholorOne
   If you do not have your own account, please create your account at “Create an Account”.
     Your e-mail address will be the ID for your account.

4. Click “Author” tag at the top of the page, and you can start your submission.
     At the Step 1, you are requested to choose the paper type, and please check
     “conference paper”, irrespective of your choice of the paper category.
     You can select the type of your paper from either Regular Paper, Technical Note,
Review Paper, or Proceeding Paper at Step 3.

5. Follow the instruction of the system.

Proceedings of the IVESC2023 will appear in the special issue of the

e-Journal of Surface Science and Nanotechnology

e-JSSNT is OPEN ACCESS Journal published

by the Japan Society of Vacuum and Surface Science.

Publishing fee is INCLUDED in the conference fee.

So please consider the publication or your work!
