Calcium carbonate hemi hydrate (CCHH, CO3・1/2H2O) was recently synthesized by Zou et al. (2019). It has not yet been discovered in the natural environment. Solubility is an indicator to compare the relationship between the aqueous environment and CCHH in terms of the possibility of existence in nature. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to experimentally determine the solubility of CCHH.
