The Horoman peridotite is a layered peridotite complex located at the southwestern end of the Hidaka metamorphic belt in Hokkaido. In this study, we focused on the whole-rock chemical composition of the lower zone and discussed the formation process and refertalization of plagioclase lherzolite by comparing it the Fumo section of the upper zone. Difference in composition, it is considered that the mafic layer in the lower zone is intrusive or cummulate, not affect the composition of peridotite.
