[S1R6-01] Relations between Kyushu and the other places from a view point of age of Cretaceous granitoids.

Keywords:zircon, age ditribution, Cretaceous, Kyushu, Korean Peninsula

New 81 zircon U-Pb ages were obtained from Cretaceous granitoids in Kyushu, southwest Japan. The data clarify that the ages of Cretaceous granitoids in Kyusyu become older toward both of continental and oceanic sides. Ages of granitoids become younger toward continental side in southwest Japan, whereas become older toward continental side in Korean Peninsula. Considering paleogeography, these were “fragments” of the aging tendency toward continental side and oceanic side, and the tendency of Kyushu was the “edge” of the age distribution which has both of them.
