Presentation
The format for oral presentations at the 2023 meeting will be a hybrid of on-site and online.
Note: Poster presentations will only be given on-site.
If you wish to present your presentation online, please select oral presentation when you register for the meeting.

Oral Presentations

- The presentation will have a duration of 15 minutes, including Q&A.
- The presentation will be broadcast online via ZOOM.
- A Windows PC will be available at the venue.
- Presentations can also be delivered remotely via online connection.
- If you will give an online presentaion, please email your online preference to the session conviener or Events committee (gyouji.jams[at]gmail.com) in advance.

Poster Presentations
|
|
- Only on-site presentations will be accepted (online presentations will be not accepted).
- The maximum useable board size is the width 115 cm x the length 175 cm.
- Core time for the on-site poster session is 12:00 to 14:00.
- Posters will be displayed from 15:30 on the day before the presentation until 15:30 on the day of the presentation.
