Ni/Al2O3コンポジット自己修復材料の高温酸化に対するNi含有量の影響を調べるために，異なるNi含有量のサンプルをパルス電流焼結法で製造した． 高温酸化は1100〜1350°Cの範囲，酸化時間は6〜48時間で実施した．
