Sn-Ag-Cuはんだ接合部の高サイクル疲労寿命におよぼす静的強度の影響を実験および有限要素法解析から精査した.長期使用中のはんだ接合部の疲労寿命は短くなり,Basquin則は降伏応力に依存することが示唆された.
