お知らせ
◆年会初日9/3（月）について
台風の接近により、交通機関の混乱が予想されておりましたが、幸い、
9/2（月）始発から東海道新幹線も全線で所定ダイヤにて運転を再開する
ことが発表されました。多くの皆さまの米沢への移動が可能と判断し、
予定通り年会を9/3（火）から開催することといたしました。
交通機関の混乱などのために開始時間等を変更する場合は、
Website、一括メ－ルでお知らせいたします。
なお、公演・座長などに間に合わない場合は
事前に2024yamagata@jocs.jpへご連絡ください。

◆First Day of Annual Meeting on September 3
Although transportation systems were expected to be disrupted due to the approaching typhoon, fortunately, all Tokaido Shinkansen lines will resume operation on the scheduled schedule from the first departure on September 2 (Mon.). Therefore, we have decided to hold the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, September 3, as scheduled.
In the event of any changes to the start time, etc., due to transportation disruptions, etc., we will notify you by a lump-sum e-mail as well as this e-mail.
If you cannot make it in time for the performance, chairperson, etc., please send an e-mail (2024yamagata@jocs.jp) as soon as possible.

◆台風接近に伴う開催の判断
年会開催の準備を終え、皆様のお越しを楽しみにしておりましたが、台風の影響を慎重に考慮し、開催判断をする必要が出てきました。なるべく混乱が生じないよう、以下のように行いたいと存じます。皆様のご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
・9/3（火）開催について
9/1（日）15時までに本websiteへの掲載と参加登録アドレスへのメ－ルで
連絡をいたします。開催前日9/2（月）に移動手段確保が困難な場合は9/3（火）
の開催を中止します。
・9/3（火）に開催を見送った分の一般口頭発表の扱い
要旨の公開をもって発表を行ったものと致します。
各賞の審査は、9/4（水）以降の一般口頭発表とは分け、要旨を基に行います。
優秀と認めた方には特別賞を授与します。
・9/4（水）以降の日程について
9/2（月）15時までにwebsiteと一斉メ－ルで連絡いたします。
9/3（火）の交通手段の確保に見通しが立てば開催いたします。

After 3:00 p.m. on Aug. 19, IDs and PWs for viewing Abstracts will be sent by e-mail to those who have completed payment and to invitees.
