Keywords:Ocean Saline components, Drone techniques, Year-term changing of ocean saline

Since 2018, the Natural Science club of Rifu High School has been conducting a monitoring activities on seasonal changes in the salt content of seawater in various shoe of Matsushima Bay. The survey are concentrated to the total salt content (%) and the amount of each cation of Na + / K + / Ca2 + (mg / L = ppm).

The seawater sampling locations are set in Shichigahama town Miyagi Prefecture, which is close to the outer ocean, Higashi-Shiogama at the bay front, cape Umanose in Matsushima Town, and Oshima in the back of the bay. We have found that the closer to the open sea, the larger the changes in cation content and saline content, while the closer to the inner bay, the more affected by land water and fine topography.
As a major tendency, the total saline components increases as expected in the summer when the amount of evaporation rate is higher. But according to the survey up to last year, when we observed each cation, only Na + cation increases in January in the winter.

This year, we will consider how small changes in topography and coastal distances bring about differences in seawater salt content, which taking into account the effects of topography and organisms based on the water sampling activity by highschool students drone operation up to about 200m.
