[G02-03] Stone-breaking program contributing to a university open day and local community

We introduce a stone breaking program in the open day of university and to a local community around the university. Hand-sized specimen of igneous rocks were broken using a rock hammer. Stone-breaking was very impressive to high school students in the open day and local children around the university. This program is simple to do individually and useful to outreach of earth science.
