Poster session guide
[How to hold a poster session]
Poster session will be held according to the following schedule.
11:45-11:50 Opening remarks
11:50-13:10 Q&A for the first half of
poster presentations (odd numbers)
poster presentations (odd numbers)
13:10-13:20 Break (free time)
13:20-14:40 Q&A for the second half of
poster presentations (even numbers)
14:40-14:45 Closing remarks
poster presentations (even numbers)
14:40-14:45 Closing remarks
On the day, a breakout room will be created for each presentation in the Zoom meeting. Poster presenters are requested to present (and answer questions from participants) in the breakout room of their presentation number.
The JPIJS secretary (judge) will visit the room during the each presentation or Q&A time, so presenters are requested to stay in their own room. During the rest of the presentation time (11:45 - 14:45), you may also give your presentation in the assigned room.
Poster session participants are requested to read the on-demand materials and graphical abstracts before attending the poster presentations. Both documents will be available on May 20.

- Access to the special conference website
- Select May 24, 2021 (Monday) in the timetable (accessible only by registered participants)
- Click on the Poster Session link.
- Select the poster you would like to view from the list of poster numbers.
[Selection of the Excellent Poster Award]
The JPIJS Executive Committee will select about five excellent posters for this session. The judging will be done by the JPIJS Executive Committee. Please click the "Like" button for the best poster presentation. The number of "Like" will be taken into account for the selection of the Excellent Poster Award.
