デジタル技術とデータを活用した企業の変革を目指すデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）の取り組みは、製造業においても注目を集めている。本講演では、DXを既存のビジネスにおける競争的優位性の向上（深化）と新しいビジネスや製品サービスの構築による顧客価値創造（探索）の両面から議論し、それを実現するための仕組みについて紹介する。
