[1D01] [Invited] Development of robotics technology for new plant operation and maintenance under digital twin environment

In order to realize labor saving and unmanned operation in plant operations, there are technical issues to be solved in autonomous patrol monitoring at plants by utilizing robotics technology. In particular, a digital twin environment is essential for robot operation and storage and analysis of sensing data.

製油所にある様々な設備情報を連携させ、3Dモデルや高度な2D図面を用いて可視化することにより、データの検索性を向上させるだけでなく、ミスコミュニケーション削減などによる信頼性向上を図ることができる。そのようなコンセプトで導入検討している「設備管理のためのデジタルツイン」について紹介する。

[1D04] Advanced wide area gas monitoring system

可燃性ガスを広域において可視化し、監視を可能にするシステムについて、2015年以来報告を行ってきた。これまで、防爆エリア内で連続して同じアングルを監視する固定防爆タイプのシステムと、持ち運びできるポータブルタイプのシステムの開発を行ってきた。今回、本システムの持つ遠距離から監視できる特性を生かし、防爆エリアの外から、複数のアングルを自動で監視できるパンチルト型のシステムを開発したので報告する。
