[1D17] Construction using non-welding method in plant frame extension work under operation

①Purpose:In the construction of additional frame structures in an operating plant, there are many restrictions on welding. Therefore, a weldless connection was studied and its design, structure and characteristics were evaluated.②Method:We applied the Smart Attach method by SENQCIA. Although this method is a angle brace method, we examined whether it can be applied to other methods in the design and confirmed that it is within the allowable stress and physically connectable.③Result:By applying this method, no welding work was required, the process was shortened, the material cost and construction unit price increased, and the total cost was the same.
