[P17] Fabrication of CoNx doped micro/mesoporous carbon and its ORR performance
Heteroatoms (N, S, and P, etc.) and metal co-doped carbon catalysts have been known for an excellent electrocatalysts. In particular, highly dispersed Co/N/C catalysts have been considered as a promising low-cost and high-efficiency candidate to replace Pt catalysts in Fuel Cells (FCs), owing to the high activity toward the oxygen reduction reaction. Herein, we report a simple synthesis route of Co-N doped meso/microporous carbon catalysts via self-assembly of triblock co-polymer and ionic liquid followed by CO2 activation. The obtained catalyst exhibited outstanding oxygen reduction activity in an alkaline medium.
