Keywords:Crude oil emulsion, Stability, Particle size

The formation and stability of crude oil emulsion were significantly affected by factors causing energy in oil emulsion system changes. The factors including temperature and homogenizing conditions were investigated. Meanwhile, their influences on emulsion formation and stability were quantitatively evaluated based on the resolved water percentage as well. The mechanisms were analyzed depending on the particle size changes of crude oil emulsion.
