In this study, we propose a trust model for AI services using personal data. This model focuses on interfaces between users and AI service providers that consists of three elements: AI understanding, data management, and purpose of utilization. To examine the representation of each element that affects trust of the AI service,
we conducted depth interviews with general users. To test the validity of this model, we plan to conduct a A/B testing in which we present two AI services descriptions with different representations for each element on a screen, based on the results of depth interviews.
