The traditional view of research has emphasized scientific procedures that ensure "objectivity" by aggregating experiences. On the other hand, as seen in Autoethnography and First-Person's View, there have been studies that narrate "perceptual knowledge" which is empirical knowledge obtained from everyday perceptual experiences through the researcher's own activities in the field. However, since "narrative" here is subjective and context-dependent in nature, there is a strong skepticism that the researcher's "hallucination" may be described. Therefore, this paper discusses the conditions for overcoming the excessive skepticism derived from the "hallucination" directed at perceptual knowledge, and for the spread of research activities that utilize the unique strengths of perceptual knowledge.
