Keywords:living a life, well-being, cognitive abilities, research methodology, embodiment

This research argues the significance of AI research augmenting the aspect of human research in addition to the conventional aspect of information processing. We discuss, based on the examples of automatic car-driving and generative AI, that AI research should include issues of addressing actualities of human living that support human intellectual activities, without sticking to capitalism and science-oriented approaches only. If AI research is conducted according to the current paradigm, we argue that human abilities of learning, attention, directionality and creativity will be lost.
