[14p-4F-4] Interfacial structure and properties at junctions made from SrTiO₃ and BaTiO₃

Structure and properties at Interfaces and junctions made from SrTiO₃ and BaTiO₃ will be discussed. In particular, this talk will focus on the structure-property relationship at metal/SrTiO₃ juctions studied by utilizing hard-x-ray photoemission (HXPES). As HXPES has large probing depth, this technique was adopted to investigate potential distribution at the metal/SrTiO₃ interfaces. In addition, contribution of non-stoichiometry to electric properties of those junctions and interfaces witll be discussed.
