自動車搭載用の積層セラミックコンデンサに使用される誘電体材料の開発について報告。高温域における比誘電率の変化を抑制し、絶縁抵抗の劣化を抑制するための材料開発について述べる。チタン酸バリウムをベースとし、希土類元素によるキュリー温度の高温化、結晶粒子の粒径を微細化し粒界数を増やすことで絶縁抵抗の劣化を抑制した事例を紹介する。
