近年、各種応用に即した圧電材料が開発され、これら材料を用いた圧電応用部品が、車載や民生機器の広い分野にわたって使用されている。我々は、材料の研究開発をベースに要素技術の構築を図り、主に環境問題解決に寄与する圧電部品の開発に取り組んできた。本発表では、燃料噴射タイミングを夫々の気筒で決定するための燃焼圧センサ素子、産業用1200dpiインクジェットヘッド、薄型圧電スピーカーを例にとり解説する。
