[15a-2H-2] Magnetic-Field-Assisted Anodization of Alminium

Among a variety of metal-oxide explore for ReRAM application, anodic porous alumina is one of the most promising materials.In order to control the formation of porous alumina, in this study, we report the magnetic-field-assisted anodization of Al, and demonstrate that the porous were bended by Lorentz force during anodization.
