Fluorine-containing solvents have unique properties that can’t be miscible with water or general organic solvents but can be miscible with high fluorophilic materials. In this study, we have measured fluorophilicity of various solvents, and have found that high fluorophilic solvents tend to give lower damage to organic semiconductors.
