△ [15p-2A-12] Fluorescence Analysis of Optical Trapping of Single Nanoparticles on a Plasmonic Chip

We propose and demonstrate surface plasmon-enhanced optical tweezers toward local manipulation of cell surface molecules on neuronal cells. From fluorescence analysis, the particle motion of quantum-dot nanoparticle suspended in water on plasmonic chip was confined more effectively than that on glass substrate, which is caused by surface plasmon-enhanced optical trapping force.
