[16a-2H-12] Development of ZnO-based photocatalyst having perovskite structure

YBa₂Cu_(3-X)Zn_XO₇ (X=1,2) as previously-unreported photocatalyst were synthesized by a solid-reaction method. Analyses of powder x-ray diffraction data suggest that YBa₂Cu_(3-X)Zn_XO₇ (X=1,2) is having perovskite structure (YBa₂Cu₃O₇ like). Their photocatalytic properties was evaluated from 2-propanol decomposition.
