Keywords:Quantum Key Distribution

Differential-Phase-Shift Quantum Key Distribution (DPS-QKD) is one kind of QKD protocols featuring simplicity and practicality, for which a sequential attack is known to be the most powerful eavesdropping method. In this study, we propose a modified DPS-QKD protocol that imposed random binary intensity modulation on to each framed DPS signals to mitigate the sequential attack.
