フレキシブル電子回路の基板などで用いられる高分子絶縁材料表面の簡便なダメージフリー親水化処理技術の確立を目的に，吸引プラズマのポリカーボネート・アクリル表面の親水化処理効果について調査した．プラズマガン先端から空気ガスを吸引することで簡便に発生させた容量性の局所化プラズマでアクリル，ポリカーボネート表面を処理し，試料表面に滴下した水液滴の接触角の減少から親水性が向上することを確かめた．
