[13p-P9-23] IV Curve Hysteresis of PV Cell Analyzed by Circuit Simulator

A large hysteresis often found in IV characteristics of perovskite PV cells is reproduced by a circuit simulator. Discussions on the relationship between the construction of equivalent circuit model with dispersive constants used therein and the hysteresis behavior will be presented.
