This presents a method of developing a highly sensitive nano-biosensor for blood glucose measurements. A nano-corrugated polypyrrole substrate was developed through pulsed electro-polymerization deposition. This nano-biosensor fabricated with pulsed electro-polymerization and enzyme Glucose Oxidase (GOX) loaded through an electrophoretic process has developed very high enzyme adsorption using Gluteraldehyde as cross-linker. The sensitivity was 325 mA/(mol/l)/cm2 and the linear range of the developed sensor was 50-60 mmol/l.
