We measured NEXAFS spectra of carbon nitride materials synthesized nitrogen atmospheric pressure plasma method. We also calculated the NEXAFS spectra for some model materials of the carbon nitride materials. In order to investigate the structures of the carbon nitride materials, we compared these spectra.
