[20a-S621-8] A Multi-Wavelength Light Source on Silicon Substrate by Flip-chip Bonding

We report that a multi-wavelength light source on silicon substrate were fabricated by foundry process and multi-LD flip-chip bonding to realize WDM optical link, and we demonstrated 16 wavelength operation.
