Keywords:electron holography, noise reduction, phase reconstruction

Electron holography is used to observe the nanometer-scale electromagnetic field distribution of electronic and magnetic materials. It is necessary to reduce noise in electron hologram with low signal-to-noise ratio in order to measure a minute phase change accurately. We have studied the denoising method using wavelet hidden Markov model. In this work, we will report the effects of noise reduction on phase reconstruction using simulation.
