Immunological test is a method of measuring types and amounts of pathogenic bacteria and cancer cells, and is used for medical diagnosis such as blood tests. Immunological tests are performed by using a binding reaction with a test reagent (antibody) that specifically binds to a biological substance (antigen) to be measured.
In this study, we are working on development of liquid phase immunoassay method which does not require a washing step for B / F separation by using magnetic marker antibody which emit magnetismand and SQUID magnetic sensor.
