Keywords:atmospheric pressure plasma, frequency, OH radical

The authors have tried to quantify reactive species and chemical species in liquid using atmospheric pressure plasma jet and liquid interaction. In particular, we focused on the applied frequency which is one of the most important parameters for controlling plasma. In this report, liquid was irradiated with low frequency atmospheric pressure plasma jet. We will report the effect of applied frequency on OH radical, H2O2 and NOx- concentration. We have also studied single person variation of power consumption and liquid temperature with applied frequency.
