[7p-C18-7] Competition of stable and metastable phases in the crystallization of sputter-deposited amorphous Ge films

スパッタリングで作製したa-Geを結晶化させると，安定なダイヤモンド立方構造の結晶相と準安定な六方晶構造の結晶相の出現が競合する．両者の出現は，アモルファマトリックス中の中距離構造レベルの“非平衡性”と関連することを報告している．透過型電子顕微鏡を用いた実験研究と分子動力学シミュレーションを交えたこれまでの研究結果を紹介し，今後の展望も併せて発表する
