[7p-C23-1] Study on Pt films grown on SrTiO3(111) by a sputtering method

We have studied epitaxial growth of Pt films on SrTiO3 substrates which is catalytically inactive and electronically insulating. Fabricating the Pt films on STO(100) caused island growth in sufrace morphology with insufficient in-plane orientation. In this work, we will report the film growth of Pt(111) plane with lower surface energy.
