We will present about our home-build FM-AFM worked in humid air condtions.
Our instrument can operate under a moisturized atomosphere and tempreture controll of sample.
And then, we introduced two types of force sensor based on the quartz tuning fork as Retuned fork (RTF) sensor and qPlus sensor.In order to realize the stable ovservation of solid-water interface.
