[7p-PB6-10] Formation of anisotropic vacant structures inside the PVT-naphtacene crystal

Sadaharu Jo1 (1.Aichi Gakuin Univ.)

Keywords:stacking fault, naphtacene

Based on our morphological study on the PVT-naphtacene crystal, crystallographic anisotropic vacant structures were confirmed inside the volume. Also, our X-ray topographic study revealed some line patterns satisfying the invisibility criterion of the dislocation images. Such characteristic vacant structures seem to be formed under the strong effect of stacking faults and partial dislocations.
